Problems with upload size.

Hello. I hope I am in the right section. Because I don't know french. But I am having a problem with the uploading of files on my Agora site?

I can upload small files between 2 to 7MB Maybe even up to 15 but have not tested it. Anyway if I try to upload files as large as 25MB
They will not upload to my server. I am not sure what is going on. And this seems to be the only place to come to for help. So I am wondering if I need to change a setting in a file somewhere? I really need to be able to upload files larger than 25 to 30 meg. Yalls site says I can upload large files but right now it seems I can't. I even had other people test as well. and they could not either.

Did you check your php configuration?
- post_max_size
- upload_max_filesize
could be the cause
